Spec Tool Release Notes December 11, 2025

We are happy to announce the deployment of our latest SpecTool update, featuring significant improvements focused on enhancing the user experience and boosting compliance visibility.

Updates to how you review and edit a Project Specification.

The Project Details Page has received substantial improvements to its user interface (UI). This redesign was specifically undertaken to simplify the page layout and solidify the overall experience, making the management of your project information both easier and more intuitive. 

On the top right of the page you will now find two starting-point buttons. You have two options: you can either choose to add products from your Office Master or a Template created by ATS, or you can click the orange button to add products directly from the main product catelog.

Another great enhancement to the interface is the new floating bar located at the bottom of the screen, which appears immediately upon selecting any of the drawings. 

From the bar you have three options to click on: 

• You will see the total drawings you selected and you can choose to unselect all.
• You can also choose to copy selected drawings to another project/spec/masters
• And lastly, if you are done with your selection, you can choose to download spec and this action will take you to the print formats page.

Furthermore, we have now integrated the WaterSense logo into the application. This addition provides quick visual confirmation of compliance and highlights relevant specifications for fixtures or brass meeting these standards.
